Frequent power cuts in my area in North bangalore

There is frequent power cuts daily both morning and evening. I'm WFH and it's frustrating to see these frequently recently. I always call BESCOM helpline but they won't have an answer and resolution time, just take complaint and close Is there a way we can complaint and address this
