BLR to BOM airport excess baggage

Hi, I’m landing next week in Bangalore and staying for a week and then going to Bombay. But I’m carrying 2 pcs checked in @20kg each. Can I send one bag unaccompanied to BOM to my cousin who lives there? If so how? Has anyone done this before. Can’t find much online.
