Bangalore cab creep

Had one of the scariest experiences today. I am new to Bangalore and being from Kerala I am new here . I got a cab and had no idea about the language and he just kept talking in Kannada . And I told him I don’t know Kannada . Because I am new . And he started telling me he wil teach me and started using bad words . Very vulgar about the cloths I am wearing and stuff . I immediately left the cab. Is Bangalore always this unwelcoming ?
