Scam alert!!!! Jio Store Domlur

I went for a sim replacement and they had charged me 599+50 for sim replacement. When asked about the 599, he told me its for some software process and will be giving an invoice as well. On getting the sim replaced , talked with jio customer care , they confirmed its only 50 for sim replacement. Had a call with customer service guy , he added the store guy to the call and the store guy kept arguing that he communicated it was optional and its uses to me which he never did. The customer care executive told he will report to his manager and there wont be any refund since I already got a bill for 599 as well. One of the worst experiences ever. Ps: seems like i was not only the one scammed like this. Saw similar reviews related to my incident in the store review.
