I'm planning to post one of my properties, which is located in Bangalore. I already had a word with their respective area property manager; he said they will take care of my property on their own. As a property owner, I now need to understand how well they manage my property. Any tenant who's available here who wanted to share his or her experience who has stayed in their property. How do they manage my property and end-to-end customer support for tenants? I wanted to understand. When is the due date for rent? How do they check the background legal checks on tenants?
