Cab you run an AirBnB out of an apartment in a gated society?

- Is it different if you’re an owner vs a tenant (sub-letting laws, owner permissions)? - Are there restrictions from your apartment RWA and how to manage them? - Are there restrictions from the builder property management system and how to manage them? - If AirBnB is not possible, is backpacking possible? Both are commercial but i suppose one can be passed off as guest. Asking from an Indian metro (NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune etc.) perspective
