Almost got assaulted by a mob in Nagaon yesterday

Yesterday, me and my family were returning from Kaziranga and stopped near the intersection cut next to a chai tapri where we were having our evening tea. Our car was out of the road and was in rest. Out of nowhere, two bikers with a speed close to 100 tried making a turn and skated on the road and eventually hitting our car. I helped them up and tried stopping them when they were running away. I asked for some level of compensation but in turn out of nowhere...

Any idea about Jatinga Bird Phenomenon?

I recently came across the story of Jatinga. It's said every year between September and November, birds (including migratory ones) seem to fly toward lights at night and end up crashing and dying. Good standard/beautiful restaurant eta bisarisilu for a small family birthday party in Guwahati. I know some popular places from 6-7 years ago but I don't know what's the best these days. Avoiding clubs.

Why GMC is so regressive when it comes to sewer maintenance?

Does anybody know why GMC (Guwahati Municipal Corporation) is so I'll equipped , regressive when it comes to sewer, drain cleaning? They especially during monsoon times take out the blackish soil + sludge amalgamation from drains & collect them in small mound like structures on the road along the drain & most of the times rain washes them back into drain & gets spilled on the road making walking on the road nothing short of nightmarish experience.
