No Dustbins In Golaghat!

So couple of hours ago my mom asked me to take the trash out cause we had got a lot of junk in these past couple of days which made it to two huge bags. So I thought to take the trash to the nearest dustbin. But to my surprise I couldn't find a single dustbin in my area. Well the road construction is going on and I thought that's why they had moved the waste bins. So I decided to move further to the market area. But I noticed one think that the people are throwing their waste to the side of the road where the waste bin is used to be. OK, so I went to the market area and again I couldn't find any waste bins there too. Tf is going on in Golaghat. Then I went inside the market to search for any dustbins or waste bins I could find. But this time I found three trashcans in the market(woahhh!mission complete right? No). The trashcans are small and I couldn't have fit my two big trashbags in there. To this point I was irritated. Then I remembered that in Panch Ali(those who are from here will know) there is one waste bin in the side of the road. So I went there and again(at this point, it was not even a shocking thing to me) that waste bin had also been moved. I don't know where. I decided to give it one last try and moved further where Hamdoi is. But no. Not a single dustbin, waste bin was in the road. I came back home with my two big trashbags without throwing any of it. I mean, can you guys believe that, not a single waste bin in any area, or in roads. Even in the area where apartment buildings are. Specially in the road where Aaiferi Enclave is. Near Vishal mega mart. People are morons that they are throwing their waste in the woods and the places where the waste bins were. Where is your common sense has gone dumbfucks? I remember the time a couple of years ago when "swach bharat" slogan was in trend. Where all of that has gone? I request each and everyone who is reading this to take a step and to not to throw your trash in the road. Please.
