Passport Renewal Issue: Urgent Help Needed

hey everyone! I applied for a tatkaal passport renewal and booked an appointment for the next day, The passport seva website didn't allow me to upload documents (maybe there was a glitch) so I took my original/physical docs and went to the centre - however, the person there asked me to upload docs through passport seva + digilocker - it wasn't working again and I had to come back I have been trying to upload the document through digilocker but it keeps saying - document could not be uploaded (see image). Would anyone know the reason behind this + any workarounds? I am able to provide access to my digilocker but when I tell it to fetch docs, it's not able to do so
