Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3 r7 5800h rtx 3050 temp advice

I was playing last of us part 1 on my laptop then i noticed that my laptop to very hot then i pulled up msi after burn to check on temperature well i found out that my temp is stuck at 100 degrees with around 10-20 cpu usage in the image above And the second image with the graph it the temprature when my laptop is idle I have this laptop for about 1.5 years i have not changed thermal paste or any other things like service and stuff and yes i keep it on a clean table with a aluminium stand underneath it
