How to overcome my extreme trust issue

I am 21F. Never been in relationship. I have heard alot from people about their failed relation. Failed marriages. And then from spiritual masters I have heard things like that everyone only cares about themselves. Humans are capable of attachment, care , sex, and jealousy but they don't know how to love. Love happens only with god. I am agnostic. Everything is just confusion for me. I mostly want to live alone only cause I don't want to feel that hurt because I know if I fell for someone or even if I just get attached with some guy , I will do anything for him. Because all my life I have not received love or care or attachment and it has been very lonely here. I don't crave physical relation. I just crave that love and I see all those emotional spiritual reels on insta and cry all night. I just want to hug a human/god(if they exist)/ dog/ tree and cry and keep crying. How to deal with this
