How can i achieve well paying career with no tech background

Hello everyone, first my background. I am 30 yr old married female. Bcom (h) graduated. Never took my career seriously because i came from a privileged background and thought this would continue and I don’t need to work (big mistake). Well fast forward a few years, my husband is struggling with massive debt, and I started an administrative job with very low income. I want to work towards getting a better paying job. What can i do to achieve that? I have done digital marketing course. But I am not skilled in Graphics or a good storyteller. I am currently working with a law firm in Usa (remote job) and do their admin work. Please help me what education or courses i can do with my job to increase my pay overtime. Thank you
