Gift for my dad's retirement

My dad who's been a bus driver for 30+ years he's retiring next month. He has been a great dad supporting my family even in toughest of times pushing himself to the maximum limit. As an elder son I thought of gifting something meaningful and Im blank when I think. Please give ur valuable suggestions that would be helpful. Thanks in advance 🙏
