What's the typical salary INCREMENT for a high performing IT developer in India ?

I live in Canada, we have a team in India and one of the developer is a high performer and he performed beyond expectations. He is really up to date and has very good leadership skills. He is been working for 4 years now and he started as an intern, slowly making 15k to now 1Lakh per month. I'm in position to offer him increment, I asked him how much he wants and he said "anything is fine". I already gave him a "Senior Developer" role. I just dont know whats the appropriate salary increase for him. Current Salary: 1 Lakh per month Lives in a small town. Age: 24 More Info: He lives in a small town that is 3.5 hr drive from like the 4th largest city in the state. Our team in India work 3PM to 11PM. We dont do over time, we don't really put much pressure like other companies and if a project is delayed, then that's that. If the client is giving too much trouble, we tell them "bye bye". Our developers let me know that they will be off this Friday because they are going to watch their favourite actor's film or going on a date. I don't really care as long as they get it done and they are all very responsible and help each other out.
