Indian dads

Why are dads sometimes annoying and frustrating and they literally trigger you everyway possible My dad has a problem he literally very bad with emotions and always does weird stuff to satisfy his ego Like gets angry at my mom for not cooking good food, wants everything on place, doesnt let you bein peace will literally make sure you dont enjoy enough, every function we go he would expect to dress a certain way if we dont he will cancel on us and we have to fcking everytime adjust with his mood swings literally the whole house has one thing to worry about if he is fine like smh why why why We are all technically dependent on him for money but sometimes its too frustrating god please help me to move out asap its too much to handle. Sometimes i get so angry feels and get stupid thoughts which for obvious reasons are desrespectful but at the end why parents control children if you technically see we are born to them and literally did not do anything wrong to them ever and still sometimes we get alot of mental trauma from them. How do you guys cope??? What are your dad's toxic traits (if any) ?
