How much do you rate the Year 2024?

I’ve had the worst year of my life, and it affected me emotionally and physically . From blood infection that left patches all over my body to getting stitches in my head and f\*cked my mental health. I’ve dealt with intense loneliness, depression, and had no friends. Has anyone else experienced a similar kind of year? How did you cope, and what did you learn from it?
