Help me choose between Jaipur and Ahmedabad

I currently live in a Tier 4 city which is 3-hours drive from Jaipur. Ahmedabad is more distant (around 500 km) but well-connected with ample train options. Due to some family issues, I am moving out and need to decide on which city to move to. We are a family of four including two under-10 kids. I am a full-time freelancer intending to further my career in the startup ecosystem and also start affiliate marketing, YouTube channels. Wife intends to take up either freelancing or HR roles (preferably remote). Wherever we go, we intend to live in an active society with a good park so that our kids can make friends and do hobby classes. Please suggest which city will be better based on living expenses (if I earn more, I can happily spend more), career growth opportunities, kids' development, etc.
