Why is 3 language policy only applied to southern states? Why can't Hindi states like UP or Rajasthan have one MANDATORY south Indian language? That way they can contribute to national integration. Why should we import some persianized language from the north, which has completely killed any local languages it was mandated( Braj bhasha, Maithili etc).
