Idea: ISI /BIS (Indian standards institute…) should rate the work of govt tender contractors after their work is done. Contractors will be given a rating which can help them while bidding another tender, if the rating is really low they will be penalised heavily. These type of rating should be given to tenders above certain amount like above 1cr And the rating system of every rated tender will be publicly available
