Need help, moving to AP

Hello, we are **North Indians** who **cannot speak Telugu**(we would learn it in future), and we are moving to **Krishnapatnam** because of a transfer. We would like your responses to a few questions we had. 1. Is there a nice city nearby where we can live or is krishnapatnam a good place? we want a place with commute of no more than two hours to krishnapatnam. 2. Is this area friendly to Hindi and English? 3. Are there any things to keep in mind here? 4. Also pls suggest us a good yet affordable locality to live in thanks a fellow north indian
