what to do if I cannot attend convocation now

does anyone here know what's the process afterwards? Like how do I receive the degree if I opted for award in-person in ERP but am unable to attend the ceremony on the given dates. Asking here as a last resort coz I mailed like 20 people and none of them respond 😐
