Do Graduates Get Billed for BC Roy Hospital Services?

Question for final-year students and recent grads: I've heard that after graduation, IIT KGP charges students for any consultations and medicines they received from BC Roy Hospital during their studies. Is this true? If so, how are these charges calculated, and what's the payment process like? Thanks in advance for any insights!
