Am I doing local SEO right?

Hey everyone. I'm a Rolfer near Detroit. It's kind of like massage and physical therapy. Not many people know it, so that's a marketing issue in itself lol. Happy to talk about the work, though maybe elsewhere. My website is serolfing.com. I've really been diving into SEO the last couple weeks and feel pretty good about my plan. Rolfing is very niche. There aren't many in the area. It's not hard to find me if you're looking for it in southeast Michigan. I sometimes get people driving an hour...

Posted a few movies from 2005-2010 that were like a breath of fresh air in Bollywood. It's only fair that I do the same for the 2010s as well. There were some good small scale movies with character actors, many of these films embraced a more somber tone, marking a departure from the 2010s.

    Food Culture of Thane

I spent early years in Thane. I distinctly remember the food culture of thane was very unique. It offered everything from classic fine dining to eating on the go. I remember dining in at restaurants inside Gadkari RangMandir, Tambe’s and Abhiruchi What made it unique was the flavour which was very different back then ( if anyone know please let me know why) Street food was mostly Chaat and Chinese.. The best Chinese food I remember was made inside a broken down tempo near St John school talav pali....

Does using a single portrait monitor improve productivity across the board?

I have a Mac mini that I use with a single 24" monitor in landscape mode. My monitor is old, so it cannot be rotated 90 degrees into portrait mode. I feel that a landscape monitor wastes screen real estate on websites. I also read and write a lot of code and could benefit from being able to see more code without scrolling. However, splitting the code window side-by-side might be a hassle. I am determined to use only one monitor for everything. Do people who regularly use this...

Why Bollywood is Failing to Connect: The Shift in Audience and Industry Challenges

The Hindi film industry faced a rough 2024, with Stree 2 being the only standout hit. If you take that out of the equation, the year would have been even worse. This ongoing struggle isn’t just a 2024 issue; it’s likely to stretch well into 2025 and beyond. At the heart of it all is the shifting audience, and the challenge of catering to the changing tastes and sensibilities. Historically, Bollywood films have been most successful in major urban centers like Mumbai and Delhi (the "metros"). The power of...

    No OSK Option at Login?

So I left keyboard at home because I use it on another computer and I can't login to macOS? Lame. There's literally a keyboard icon with a billion obscure languages to choose as 'alternate inputs' but no onscreen keyboard option? FAIL! Windows and Ubuntu both have this option! Major oversight Apple!

    Market on Jan 13, 2025

Daily Journal: India's industrial growth rose to a six-month high of 5.2 percent in November, compared to 3.7 percent in the previous month, data released on January 10 showed, as the economy showed some signs of recovery after a disappointing second quarter. I always try to look at the glass as half full. Be prepared for a tough week ahead 💪🏻 US markets had a weak session on Friday. All the 3 indices closed in red. Futures are also weak. 10Y US Bond Yield rises above 4.7% now. This...
