We have what is called a "metro water connection", but the water supply is negligible, in summer - there is no water, and when it rains sump is not usable, on other days the water force is more like drip irrigation. Our apartment is dependent on lorry water. We are continuing to pay Property tax and Under Ground Drainage tax, when a municipality employee came door to door to remind us to pay, we just said we wouldn't what repercussions can be expected?
