Hey everyone. I am currently trying to apply for senior citizen card for my father, but I can not find any useful link or contact to proceed. The National Portal of India also doesn't provide any useful result for madhya pradesh. Can someone guide me how can get this task done?

What should I even do?

Dropper here, scored 92 percentile in 12th, 88 in drop jan attempt. Yes I fucked up. No matter how much I study, how much I practice, I'm just not getting the results and no longer know what should I do to get atleast 97 percentile.
