Point:- వైన్ షాపులు లో జరిగిన అమ్మకాలకి వచ్చిన రాష్ట్ర ఆదాయానికి సంబంధమే లేదు, ఉదాహరణ గా ఒక Distillery గత 5 ఏళ్ల గా (SPY agro) ఒక నెల కి సుమారు ₹1,500 కోట్లు విలువైన IMFL కేసులు అమ్ముకున్నారు, ఇలా చాలా Distilleries నుంచి నేరుగా మద్యం రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా wine షాప్స్ కి చేర్చి అమ్మకాలు జరిగాయి, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పే లెక్క కి Distilleries అమ్మకాలు కి చాలా తేడా ఉంది.
