Scared for my 7 year old because of auto driver So I daily pick up my daughter from school at 6 and take share auto for station. finally.. high blood pressure I am 38, and I measured my BP (just generally) and it was 140/88. To be honest, I have always had normal BP. I constantly checked it last 3 months and today I have reached 148/92. Now I'm wondering how to manage this, and should I head to a doctor. Any tips to naturally reduce BP? How long does it take?
