Curious case of Brother's Kulcha Even though Brother's Kulcha is considered the best Kulcha place in Chandigarh(which it probably is), I still feel it's a bit overrated. Here's my point : - The biggest downside is the wait time, due to excessive online orders you'll have to wait around 20 mins just to get your order.
