My iMac is not booting from external SSD after updating the OS I have an iMac that was running smoothly using an SDD external drive. Today it asked for an update of the operating system, which i did. Do only high TRP shows get awards, no matter the story quality? I just saw that Rupali Ganguly won awards again, and Durga also got an award even though it didn’t run for long. This makes me wonder—do awards really recognize talent and good storytelling, or do they just go to high TRP shows, no matter how bad the story is? It feels like no matter how illogical or dragged-out a show becomes, as long as it gets TRPs, it keeps winning awards. What do you guys think? Are these awards even credible anymore? 3 0 replies

Finder Daily Crashes Hi As the title suggests, every day it hangs when trying to connect to a NAS, connect to iCloud, copying files from iCloud, always send to be something. Mail hanging on quitting, just fairly simple stuff. It’s a 1st Gen Mac Studio and definitely not overworking it when crashes happen. Plenty of bandwidth on WiFi and usually needs a hard restart to get the thing working again. Should add OSX and all peripherals are up to date.
