Does Ranchi RPO accept Digilocker for offline passport application? I need to re-issue my passport, but I don't currently possess my matriculation certificate. The site shows it is the only acceptable document to apply for non-ecr category. I have applied offline for it, so I cannot link my Digilocker online. Completed 10K but I don't know if I can drive anymore. I learnt biking after turning 34 in March this year. I have covered some 10 K km since then. I have done multiple long rides, hill rides and drive in the city regularly. On each of these trips, I have had narrow misses, some by mine and some by other people's mistakes.
