How do people manage Intermittent Fasting with a corporate job? Struggling. I am a Data Scientist and prefer to work from office because of productivity reasons. I have to leave at 8am everyday though, given that I live a little far off. And of course I cannot leave without having anything, as I need energy to start my day. So I have a light breakfast. In the evening, I come home by 6.30-7ish generally and then hit the gym. So my dinner time generally becomes like 8.30-9ish. Basically, my "Intermittent Fasting" time is like 10-11hrs at best. Apps crash when using SMB shares When I mount my SMB share on macOS 15 on my Mac Pro 2019 and try to use the drives in stuff like QBittorrent or Adobe apps that often read and write the app will crash and I will have to keep force killing it.
