We bought a Honda Unicorn in 2007. After the first couple of services, it never went within a mile of a service centre. How to get degree Certificate from SPOU

So I completed my studies from VIT, Pune in 2023 And I haven't received my Degree Certificate yet although I filled and submitted the form online back in August 2023. I filed for duplicate degree certificate in December 2024 again via SPPU website. Site says that it will take minimum of 30 days but it's February end and I haven't received my Degree Certificate yet. Please help.
