Reverse Trading Strategy: Selling When the Market is Up—When Is It the Right Move?

everse trading is all about knowing when to *sell* even when the market is on the rise. It’s not about betting against the trend, but recognizing when the trend may be running out of steam. Look for overbought conditions, candlestick reversals, or divergences in indicators like the MACD. These can signal that the market is nearing a top or about to pull back. When trading reversals, timing is everything. It’s essential to be cautious—selling in a strong uptrend requires a well-thought-out strategy. Have you used reverse trading successfully? Share...

Believe it or not, this is India!

An underground event in Pune brought together a bunch of car enthusiasts. The vibe was unreal, and it was hard to believe that events like this could actually happen in India!

Reverse Trading: When to Sell Even When the Market is Going Up

In trading, we often hear the mantra "buy the dip" and "ride the trend," but what about when the market is trending upwards and you decide to *sell* instead? That’s what I call reverse trading. Reverse trading isn't about being against the trend; it’s about recognizing when the market might be overextended or showing signs of exhaustion. This is where technical indicators like overbought conditions (RSI, Stochastic) or price action signals (candlestick reversals) come into play. If the market is going up but you see signs of weakness or...

Royal Enfield denied me a proper test ride for the Himalayan 450 - Disappointing!

As an owner of the Himalayan 411, I was genuinely considering upgrading to the new Himalayan 450. However, when I asked for a longer test ride (around 5 km) to properly evaluate the bike, I was told it's not possible without making a booking. How do companies expect us to spend ₹4 lakhs on a bike without thoroughly experiencing it? I think I'll stick with my 411. Has anyone else faced this issue? Do other brands offer better test ride policies?

trong Opposition Candles: The Secret Weapon for Spotting Trend Reversals

Daytraders, here’s a game-changing tip! When you're trading, watch for *strong opposition candles*—big candles that go against the prevailing trend and hint at potential reversals. These candles are powerful signals that the market may be rejecting the current trend. It’s like the market is fighting back. Use them to spot entries and exits with precision. Have you traded using this? Let’s hear how it’s working for you!
