Safari download overwrites files with same name I just updated to Sequoia 15.2. When I was on Sonoma (and every version of Mac OS X prior), if I would download a file with the same name the file would automatically append a number: filename.txt filename-2.txt filename-3.txt Now the file is silently overwritten. After three downloads I end up with a single file that is the most recent version: filename.txt The file contents are different in each download so this is effectively losing information with no warning. But I’ve run into an issue with my Google Merchant Center. I’ve added my perfumes to the Merchant Center, and everything seems fine on that end.
