Making a watertight openable buoy

Hey everyone! I’m looking at building a buoy (filled with sensors) that can be opened and closed and maintain a water tight seal, I don’t even know the first place to look. Most of the infrastructure projects are fast track or conceptualized because of following reasons. 1. Kickbacks from private contractors.( BMC road digging is basically gold digging for politicians ) 2. Election gimmick 3. Shopify Buy Button v. WooCommerce for SEO

I have a service-based SEO client on WordPress. I need to develop and SEO their ecommerce branch. Shopify is mainly used by competition (the whole CMS not just buy button) , and the Buy Button seems to have a very slick front and back end interface. Any SEO, development, or scalability limitations when rolling it out this way? Would you suggest a WordPress plugin like WooCommerce instead?
