    Making a watertight openable buoy

Hey everyone! I’m looking at building a buoy (filled with sensors) that can be opened and closed and maintain a water tight seal, I don’t even know the first place to look. Would appreciate any tips, dms, websites, subreddits,YouTube videos or books to read about the topic! Thank you very much for your time!!

    Oliver Velez and Ifundtraders

So I’ve been watching this dude for the last 4 plus years of my life and everything he teaches is true and works for sure no one can tell me otherwise in that regard. My issue is the program he offers. I’ve been tiptoeing around deciding doing the complete traders program as it offers potential to trade on a fully funded trading account for life and split gains that you can keep. There is soooo little info on this program and very little people that have actually taken the...

Not able to understand the motive and purpose behind constructing 90000 flats in navi mumbai by cidco under PM Awas Yojana.

Most of the infrastructure projects are fast track or conceptualized because of following reasons. 1. Kickbacks from private contractors.( BMC road digging is basically gold digging for politicians ) 2. Election gimmick 3. Pressure from builders (entire monorail project was done because of wadala based realtors, even navi mumbai metro line was executed for similar reasons) 4. Ecosystem for revenue generation. So when government announced in 2019 that they were constructing 90000 flats in navi mumbai for low income groups , I basically thought that this is welfare project...

I never felt so helpless before like this being Indian, have about you?

China is progressing by leaps and bounds, while in India, we continue to grapple with social issues like these: "Dalit groom rides horse under tight police cover in Ajmer to protect him from upper-caste locals" or "BJP announces ₹1,000 per month for SC/ST students in Delhi." Meanwhile, China's DeepSeek competes against America's ChatGPT and Gemini, whereas Indian startups are primarily focused on mobile apps designed to deliver goods within minutes. These startups thrive on the shoulders of the poor, who work tirelessly just to feed their families twice a...

Shopify Buy Button v. WooCommerce for SEO

I have a service-based SEO client on WordPress. I need to develop and SEO their ecommerce branch. Shopify is mainly used by competition (the whole CMS not just buy button) , and the Buy Button seems to have a very slick front and back end interface. Any SEO, development, or scalability limitations when rolling it out this way? Would you suggest a WordPress plugin like WooCommerce instead?

Is anyone aware of any good Freeform tutorials that focus on use cases for the app rather than just focusing on the features of the app? Every YouTube video I watch seems to focus on the features or on generalities of the app.

Found a Kitten in My Car Bonnet!

Today, while driving, I kept hearing a faint meowing sound. At first, I thought it was coming from somewhere outside, but even after driving over 10 kilometers, the sound persisted. Finally, I decided to pull over and check. To my surprise, the meowing was coming from the front of my car! I popped open the bonnet, and there it was—a tiny kitten sitting right on top of my engine. Before I could grab it, the little guy darted further inside, and it took me over 30 minutes of struggle...

Anyone interested in a Toastmasters group for founders? (I will not promote)

Scared to talk to customers? Shitty at sales, or just want to become better? Let's do something about it. As an early-stage founder who is beginning to speak with customers, I notice that nerves sometimes creep into my conversations. I don't think I'm the only one who could benefit from a bit of exposure therapy. If anyone is interested in creating a Toastmasters group where we can give constructive feedback on sales pitches, demos, general speaking ability, etc, let's make it happen! If interested, leave a comment, dm me,...

What to do when someone rings you doorbell at 4:30 am?

I woke up with constant barking of a stray dogs. Which is not that uncommon. Until now, because my society has a lot of houses and apartment buildings, I used to go out and scare the dogs away no matter what time it was because I believed no one would dare committ a crime when help was just a shout away. Idk. This is a safe society overall. So I did not wear my specs. Grabbed and coat and climbed down the stairs. I was only a couple of...
