Need some advice on spinal breathing/meditation Not sure if this is the best subreddit to ask this, but I’ll go ahead anyways. (I recently started looking into Hinduism/Yoga.)Whenever I do spinal breathing I always feel the sensation of energy(or Prana I assume) going up the spine, but it stops halfway instead of reaching my head.
