Pet cat stuck in apartment balcony in Dehradun Posting from a throwaway account. Apologies. A pet cat of a friend of mine has made its way up an apartment building, into an abandoned apartment balcony since the past 3 days. The apartment is locked and owner cannot be contacted. No pet rescue center is helping either. The cat is crying ever since and the situation doesn't look too good if no help arrives soon.
