Why so many Khandelwal Dhabas in Jaipur?

I come from the city of Indore and have been living in Jaipur for over 1.5 years now. Recently, I noticed that there are many Khandelwal Dhabas within Jaipur, and when traveling on Rajasthan’s highways, I often come across numerous Dhabas named "Shekhawati Dhaba/Restaurant." Does the Khandelwal community have a monopoly over the dhaba business in Jaipur? And are all these Dhabas genuinely owned by Khandelwals, or are they just using the name?

Question for swing traders: How much % of your capital do you risk per trade?

instant flow of responsiblities make me feel panic
