In a sub that cribs about the lack of civic sense in India, why is this sub so okay with public smokers

There was a post made by a guy who was fined for public smoking by a cop. The cop taking his cut was a shitty thing to do; But imagine if the guy was caught by a cop for spitting gutkha or peeing in the public. Nobody would've supported the guy in that case.

There is no footpath and does anybody know of the highest level of abuse for these bikers who think k footpath unke baap ka hai and they ride over it mindlessly?
