Competitive differentiator question Hi, How do you answer the competitive differentiator question super early in a startup's life? I am not in a crowded space but it is unlikely that someone else in history has already tried the idea. I have talked to a previous cofounder who failed in the same space and they claim at least that Covid and a large manufacturer deal tanked them. One of my content website has search impressions dropped from 2k to 20. Why is that? Has there been any recent Google update? The drop from 2k search impressions to even less than 30 per day is drastic. Why has this happened? If low-quality content might be the reason then I have another blog with very thin content but there's no change there at all. Can someone please help me identify the reasons for this plunge? An app for keeping screens/monitors in order? I use my MacBook docked at my desk with a monitor and iPad 3 screen setup, but I also use it on the go as a laptop. Every time I reconnect to the desk monitors, the they are all out of order and don't remember their settings and placement. Is there an app that fixes this? Currently I use the "monitorControl" app to handle brightness and sound, but I don't see anything in the app for keeping my displays in order. What to do when you see public exhibitionism? Tonight (around 10.30pm), I took my friend to the medical store near medical college to get some medicine. While I was waiting by my scooter, I noticed this old man sleeping on the doorstep of a building a little farther away. But then I saw that every time a woman walked by, he’d lift his mundu and start fondling himself. It was so disgusting.
