Hi everyone, we've been renting in Defence Colony for the past 5-6 years. While we're eligible to buy being from the Defence, property prices have skyrocketed especially post Covid. The circle rate for our house, as per the society, is 1.5 Cr, but owners are asking for nearly four times that amount, not just for our place, but across all of Defence Colony prices are absurd.
