Buying a flat in Bangalore appears to be an insurmountable task. I’ve been trying to buy a property in Bangalore for personal use for a few years now. Initially, I thought a budget of 70–80 lakhs would suffice, but then Covid hit, and the prices just skyrocketed. Even if I increase my budget, I still don’t see a property worth 1.7 to 2 crores for a 3BHK. Is this just a case of broker hype?
