When will our country learn courtesy? Today in the Delhi Metro, I politely requested an Uncle (senior citizen) who was travelling with his wife and son, to shift a couple of seats, to the senior citizen's seat, so that I can request a seat as well. This family had bags and were not from Delhi. As soon as I said 'Uncle, aap pls 2 seat shift hojao, pls..mujhe bhi seat mil jayegi' the aunty shouted at me like anything! Help needed: Travelling to Bangalore first time Hi everyone, I am travelling for the first time to Bangalore and then to Hubli for work related events. Reaching Bangalore T2 terminal on 3-4 pm and have booked train to Hubli for night. So can anybody please help how to reach from T2 to KSR Bangalore station.(will prefer reasonable transportation cost) From what I have heard is that the airport is very far from the main city and not much connected (might be wrong). Can Investing 8-9% interest rate loan into index funds be a calculated risk ? From what little investing knowledge i have , it is commonly considered that index funds over 5-10years safely give 10-11% CAGR , lets consider a hypothetical , a person has a upcoming student loan of 40L , he already has more than that saved up and a decent income too. he dosent need a loan but he takes a calculated risk and manages to get 40L education loan over 5 years at 9% lets say , to be clear he has enough income to easily pay the EMI too... 3 2 replies
