Why do people eat Maggi so casually?

I know Maggi is easy to make and tastes good, but I don’t get how people eat it so often without thinking about what’s actually in it. It’s just maida, too much salt, and preservatives. It can spike your blood sugar, worsen insulin resistance, and is considered to be poison for women suffering from PCOS (which lot of Indian women suffer from). Do people not know of this or they do but think it's not such a big deal ?

What's the price range & categorization of flats in Kochi?
