Me and my partner are planning for a trip to Mumbai and we have a full day for ourselves before others join us. We are planning the whole day around Colaba (Art galleries, Market, streets and Marine Drive). I want to rent a bike for a day but worried if parking will be an issue. is there any fee for porting jio to bsnl- they charged 249rs from me for porting

i think the bsnl customer service center in Vattiyoorkavu scammed me they took 249rs from me for porting jio to bsnl and when i checked on their website they are saying there's no fee for porting. is there anyone who is expertise in this field. Edit: the issue has been resolved, ill just put this here incase anybody needs.
