Today Bihar or even indians as whole have stopped wearing turbans which was very popular all across India. Why good looking Indians get comments like ," you dont look Indian" ?

In west people will call good looking Indias as " you look persian" , " you look hispanic" , " you look arab" etc etc . Most of India is poor and people dont give a shit about their looks , even if 10 percent of Indians are goodlooking thats more than the population of Russia .
