With the amount of negligence towards traffic rules in India, how come no state has realized that enforcing traffic rules and penalizing the culprits can be a major source of income? People are so negligent towards cleanliness and hygiene. It’s not the cafe’s fault but our responsibility. Is it because we don’t have enough trash bins in the city?
