Artech Central Mall is basically DEAD. So I recently went to Artech Central Mall to watch Rifle Club. When I want there, I took the elevator, and all the floors leading upto the Cinema floor were all closed and said that the Cinema room is the topmost floor and press x floor in the elevator to reach there.
