Good bread loaf Is there a bakery where I can get a good bread loaf - something that's not too porous, perfect edges (no shrinking). I have tried so many bakeries but none of them serves an authentic high quality bread: 1. They are too porous 2. Irregularly shaped with shrinking on the edges 3. Very small sized I am not even speaking about taste that is another problem altogether.
