Mumbai will forever remain a developing city RANT ALERT! The first picture was taken on 28th October when the digging of road was 5-6 days old. The second picture is of 23rd December which is more than 2 months after the work started. The third picture of a random patch of road in Behram Baug which was dug 15 days ago for some pipeline work but was never redone to a normal road after the work got completed I have been to almost all metropolitan cities of India but I would say Mumbai has the worst... 5 10 replies
